Will my phone fit?

Phones up to 7.09 × 3.25 × 0.44 in with a camera bump of 0.59 in or less fit. The housing ships with an iPhone adapter. Android phones need a model-specific adapter (Samsung, Pixel, Xiaomi, Huawei and more), and DiveVolk can 3D-print a custom adapter for other models. Contact us with your exact phone model and we'll confirm the fit.

Why do I have to remove my screen protector?

The touch membrane is a dual-film design. A screen protector makes touch less sensitive underwater and can make the phone stick inside the housing.

Should I swipe up to go home?

No. Don't swipe up from the bottom edge underwater. Turn on AssistiveTouch on iPhone, or the virtual menu on Android, before the dive and use that instead; swiping can damage the membrane.

Are the bubbles in the membrane a problem?

No. Small air bubbles in the touch membrane are normal, dissolved during production, and don't affect how it works.
