eLearning
The EFR eLearning component covers Primary Care (CPR), Secondary Care (First Aid), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use. Complete the interactive online modules at your own pace to build a solid foundation before attending the hands-on training session.

Training
The in-person portion consists of one practical session where you’ll practice skills on mannequins and with classmates (when safe to do so). This session reinforces your knowledge and builds confidence in handling real-life emergency situations in a calm and supportive environment.

Course Cost Includes
The course fee includes access to the eLearning platform and the in-person training session. All training materials and equipment needed for the course are provided.

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites—this course is open to everyone, not just divers. It’s ideal for parents, caregivers, and anyone interested in learning life-saving skills. While commonly taken alongside the Rescue Diver course, EFR is a valuable certification on its own.
