How does the Compact's lift compare to the standard Pro HD?

22 lb in the smaller brackets and 34 lb in ML/LG-XL/XXL - plenty for single-tank recreational diving. Heavy steel tanks + thick suits may prefer the full-size Pro HD's up-to-55 lb.

Is the Compact only for travel?

No - it excels at travel but is a fully capable everyday BCD with real weight integration and back-inflate trim.

How do the paired sizes work?

Four brackets each covering two traditional sizes via adjustable straps and a height-calibratable chest strap. Between brackets, most divers fit the smaller one best.

Does it have weight integration despite being so light?
