The Air is lighter (6.4 vs 8.4 lb) with polymer hardware - the travel pick. The Pro adds 304 stainless hardware, up to 42 lb lift, 10 lb weight pockets, a stainless TankTamer standard, knife tray, and zip pockets - the cold-water/heavy-gear pick.

Does it come with a color kit?

No - kits are separate (Aqua, Black, Blue, Pink, White) with matching epaulettes, retainers, zipper pulls, and wing bungee.

Can I add a stainless TankTamer band?

Yes - SKU 08.2425 replaces the standard polymer cam band; it's standard on the Pro.
